Work Educator / Work Educator (80%)
with a specialization in cooking
Tasks
- Professional management of the service area (gastronomy and cleaning) according to the concept
- Support for participants in the cafeteria and cleaning
- Work observation of participants, evaluation and providing constructive feedback
- Proper execution of the catering order and organization of the menu distribution
- Coordination with suppliers, delivery and return transport
- Responsibility for occupational safety, maintenance of infrastructure
- Compliance with and implementation of hygiene regulations
- Responsibility for daily accounting and cash management
- Participant-related administration and documentation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with job coaches and the education team
- Active participation in meetings and training opportunities
Requirements
- Training as a work educator
- and experience in professional or social integration
- completed vocational training as a cook with several years of professional experience
- Knowledge of the labor market in the region and the educational landscape in Switzerland
- very good communication skills and a respectful, solution-oriented attitude
- A positive attitude towards life and a differentiated worldview
