Responsibilities
- Preparation of authentic Asian dishes according to our recipes
- Ensuring consistently high quality of the dishes
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen
- Team-oriented collaboration with the kitchen team
- Co-responsibility for orders, goods receipt, and inventory management
- Carrying out cleaning tasks according to HACCP guidelines
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a chef, preferably in Asian cuisine
- Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
- Independent personality with passion for the cooking profession and enjoyment of guest contact
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- German language skills at B1 level in spoken and written form, additional languages are a plus
