Senior Project Manager Innovation Networks & Specialist Leadership Project Management (all)

About the job

In this demanding and exciting role within the Networks business unit, you will take charge of overarching projects and coordinate innovation initiatives. You actively shape the further development of our business unit, asset management, and our project management. In doing so, you ensure that projects are implemented professionally, efficiently, and sustainably.

• Overall responsibility for managing overarching key projects (infrastructure and systems), such as the implementation of our new EDM system landscape or smart grid projects
• Coordination and control of innovation projects – from idea to implementation
• Further development and standardisation of our project management methods
• Implementation and assurance of project standards along the SIA phase model
• Establishment and further development of project governance and project controlling
• Coaching and support of project managers within the company
• Close collaboration with asset management, engineering, operations, network economics, and other business units
• Active stakeholder and change management to ensure acceptance and successful project implementation

• University degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering, or comparable
• Doer type with several years of experience in managing interdisciplinary and complex projects, energy & infrastructure sector or comparable environment (mandatory)
• Sound knowledge of the SIA phase model
• Certification in classical project management is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of project management methods (classical and ideally agile/hybrid)
• Experience in transformation or innovation projects is an advantage
• Strong implementation skills and structured working style
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and confident appearance
• Enjoyment of change and shaping in a dynamic environment
