For the Tax Administration / Special Taxes Department / Withholding Tax Section, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a securities tax administration assistant.
- Checking and updating payment addresses of taxpayers
- Telephone contact with taxpayers
- Handling incoming requests via email and phone
- Administrative activities related to the refund of foreign withholding taxes
- General administrative tasks in the commercial sector
- Commercial training or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in the banking or fiduciary sector, preferably in securities or tax
- Sense of responsibility, discretion, perseverance, ability to handle stressful situations, and precision
- Familiarity with computer programs and independent working method as well as interest in professional development opportunities
- Ability to conduct negotiations as well as oral and written expression in German
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
