• Complete personnel administration from entry to exit
• Applicant management
• Creation of statistics and evaluations
• Participation in Employee Experience projects, e.g. in personnel development and corporate culture
• Organization of internal events
• Other topics depending on suitability and interests

• Graduation from a cantonal commercial school
• Interest in human resources
