Your tasks
- You will gain practical insight into neighborhood work and development in the diverse activities and will be accompanied by professionals.
- You will accompany regular meeting offers and leisure activities by and for children (Kids-Treff, events) and get to know other offers.
- You will participate in projects and participation processes with children and youth in social space design (e.g., playground construction, schoolyard renovation).
- You will get to know and help organize events, occasions (such as Neighborhood Day), and networking structures.
- The independent planning, implementation, and evaluation of a larger project offers you concrete practical experience under professional expert supervision.
Your profile
- You are studying in a field of social work, are about to graduate, or after completing your social work training are interested in switching to socio-cultural animation.
- You want to develop personally in the field of socio-cultural animation and community work.
- You are interested in working with children and youth in open settings.
- You like to approach people, are open, reliable, and bring good self-management skills.
- You receive inputs with curiosity and work solution-oriented.
- You like to work independently and are willing to work some weekend and evening shifts.
- You already use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.) in a goal-oriented manner.
