Financial Accounting Specialist 60 - 80% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Management of the accounting for two companies

• Responsibility for and processing of ongoing business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting

• Accounts payable payment transactions

• Accounts receivable dunning

• Reconciliation of intercompany transactions

• Assistance in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

• VAT returns

• Supervision of the commercial apprentice in the third year of training

• Optimisation and further development of internal processes and systems

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial basic training with further education in finance/accounting

• Professional experience in accounting with financial statement preparation, preferably in an international corporate environment

• Hands-on mentality, strong numerical aptitude and enjoyment of accounting

• Precise, efficient and service-oriented working style

• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), knowledge of Infor is an advantage
