Main responsibilities: Prepare and organize construction sites (technical, logistics, resources). Develop bids and quantity surveys. Participate in the preparation of tenders, negotiations, and awarding of contracts to companies. Establish and monitor schedules in coordination with the project manager. Coordinate and control the activities of subcontractors, agents, and suppliers. Monitor work progress, anticipate and adjust resources to ensure deadlines, costs, and quality. Ensure strict compliance with SIA, SUVA standards, and cantonal/municipal directives. Organize and lead site meetings, write corresponding reports. Control execution conformity and quality of works. Manage relationships with clients and external partners. Ensure administrative and financial follow-up of the site (reports, quantity surveys, partial invoicing, settlements). Guarantee team safety and ensure the application of safety plans. You bring: Training in construction (Diploma of Construction Site Manager ES/HES, architect, civil engineer or equivalent). Successful experience of at least 3 years in general/total contracting or construction company. Excellent knowledge of standards and laws in Switzerland (SIA, SUVA, etc.). Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office, MS Project) and knowledge of specialized software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Proven skills in planning, organization, and site monitoring. Ability to communicate, negotiate, analyze, and solve problems. Field leadership, rigor, and sense of responsibility. Ease working in a team and ability to unite different stakeholders. Stress resistance and solution orientation.
