Your Tasks
- General administrative and organizational relief for the Master Design program management
- Collaboration in semester planning, budget management, and accounting
- Expense invoicing and processing
- Further development of internal processes of the study program
- Contact point for lecturers
- Participation in team meetings, conferences, events, and exhibitions of the study program as well as minute-taking of team meetings
- Support in organizing events (showcase, guest lectures, semester presentations, study trips, exhibition formats, information days, aperitifs, etc.)
- Support for hotel and travel bookings for external lecturers
- Contact and coordination with room managers and lecturers
- Planning and implementation of projects that represent and make the study program visible
- Assistance with room and infrastructure organization
- Creation of various evaluations
- Creation and coordination of schedules for student presentations
- Organization and management of the exchange platform software (SharePoint/Teams etc.)
- Management and maintenance of calendars and semester plans
- Management of the address database
- Support for various mailings, advertisements, and promotional activities
- Management of the study program's social media channels and website
Your Profile
- Completed subject-specific BA degree.
- Confident German and good English skills.
- Good MS-365 knowledge and flair for IT applications.
- You have initiative, take responsibility, are independent, a team player, and flexible.
- You are open-minded, approachable, curious about the future, and open to new things.
- Strong service orientation and high flexibility to respond to changing peak times in university daily life.
- Enjoyment of a lively environment and enthusiasm for contributing ideas and shaping.
- Independent and reliable working style, quick comprehension, as well as pronounced social and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain overview and necessary calm even under time pressure.
- Initiative and resilience for responsible collaboration in a growing, self-organized team of teachers and students.
- You are willing to participate in the development and implementation of measures to achieve the university's net-zero goal.
