What to expect

You work as a Business Analyst on technically demanding software solutions with direct impact on the customer
You are close to the business, clarify complex technical issues, and bring structure to demanding requirements
You move confidently in the tension field between the business department, IT, and stakeholders
Depending on the project, you take on additional responsibility in requirements engineering or product ownership
You work in agile setups with experienced engineers, UX, and customers on equal footing
You actively shape and are not forced into a role or method

What you bring

Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development
Ideally experience in banking or financial environments or comparable regulated environments
Confident handling of agile approaches and methods of business analysis and requirements engineering
Clear, structured communication and a professional appearance towards customers
Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or comparable education
Willingness to work on-site at the customer in Switzerland with a focus on the Basel area
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
Certifications such as IREB or Scrum are welcome but not mandatory
