- Support the Management in the overall development of the strategy and ensure the coherence and effectiveness of all strategic instruments.
- Produce regular reports for Management, including transparent information on the achievement of objectives and key performance indicators (especially regarding strategy and projects).
- Support development projects in close connection with the personnel and organisational development function linked to human resources.
- Implement project portfolio management using appropriate tools and ensure that IPI projects are classified according to their operational and strategic nature, comply with objectives, and that resources are used optimally.
- Develop homogeneous sets of processes within the framework of portfolio management.
Your profile
Your profile
- You hold a master’s degree (e.g. in business administration, economics, or project management) or an equivalent qualification.
- You have several years of experience in project, process, or portfolio management and associated tools, ideally in the public sector.
- You stand out through your ability to think strategically and systemically and have an analytical approach to work.
- You are a skilled communicator and facilitator, with confidence and ease in public speaking appropriate to your role.
- You are a native French or German speaker and have very good knowledge of the other language.
