Genolier Patient Services is looking for a Coordinator for International Patients to strengthen the team at the Bethanien Private Clinic in Zurich.

Job Description
In this role, you take on a central role in the international patient process. You are the preferred contact person for patients as well as the internal interface to medical and administrative teams, ensuring smooth coordination of medical stays from the first contact to discharge. The position requires a high level of organizational talent, service orientation, and coordination skills in an international context.
Your Tasks
- Comprehensive coordination of the treatment process for international patients from first contact to discharge
- Organization and planning of medical appointments, examinations, and stays (outpatient or inpatient)
- Reception, care, and accompaniment of patients on site as well as presentation of the clinic
- Central interface function between patients, medical teams, and administrative and hotel-related services
- Administrative management of patient files including maintenance and updating of documents, cost estimates, and service offers in close cooperation with the responsible internal departments
- Ongoing, professional communication with patients as well as international intermediaries (agencies, consulates, embassies)
- Contribution to the long-term retention and further development of the international patient base
Qualifications
- Professional experience in a clinical, hospital, or medical environment is an advantage, or relevant experience in the upscale hospitality sector with international clientele
- Strong organizational skills and high prioritization competence
- Strong service understanding and high social competence
- Confident demeanor in dealing with an international, multicultural patient base
- Teamwork skills combined with independence and a sense of responsibility
- Very good knowledge of German and English, spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
