We attach great importance to quality, safety and innovation in aviation and are looking for committed interns to support our ATO management team in the area of course administration for approx. 12 months from August 1, 2026.
The following tasks will be part of your everyday work:
- Carrying out the preparation and follow-up of training courses
- Being a contact person for the instructors and trainees
- Travel bookings for our pilot training instructors
- Supporting our course participants with operational issues
- Maintaining of our training platforms (ILIAS / LMS)
- Issuing course certificates for our trainees

This is the profile you need:
- High school diploma, commercial high school or similar (graduated no more than two years ago)
- Passion for aviation and a strong interest in the further development of this exciting field
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a high degree of independence
- Fluent in German and very good knowledge of English
