To strengthen our quality team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a committed individual as Quality Engineer & Safety Officer. In this versatile role, you will continuously develop our quality and safety management and actively contribute to a sustainable safety and improvement culture.

• Further development of the areas of non-conformities, corrective actions, continuous improvement as well as occupational safety and health protection

• Moderation of quality circles as well as conducting root cause analyses, risk assessments and accident investigations

• Promotion of quality and safety awareness through training and Gemba walks

• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and legal requirements as well as supporting internal and external audits

• Coordination of emergency organisation including evacuation drills and first aid services

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical basic training with further education in quality management or occupational safety

• 2-4 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 as well as Swiss labour and safety law

• Independent, structured working style as well as a convincing and communicative personality

• Very good German and good English skills, French is an advantage
