What is my role?
Ensuring a smooth operation in the daily business
Structuring and continuous improvement of processes within your area of responsibility
Staff scheduling and representing the department management when required
Ensuring high standards in occupational safety, quality, and productivity
Leading and implementing lean management projects for process optimisation
Monitoring relevant key figures and deriving as well as implementing improvement measures
Maintaining data and documentation as well as controlling working hours and absences
Active support and participation in cross-departmental projects
What do I need to be successful?
Successfully completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) as an automation technician or comparable qualification
Ideally professional experience in the food industry
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are required
Knowledge of lean management and initial leadership experience desirable
Strong communication skills with appreciative and respectful interaction
Resilient and reliable personality with a high sense of responsibility
Independent working style and quick comprehension
Team-oriented mindset with solution-focused actions
