Educational Specialist as Deputy (40%)

Start date: February 6, 2026 to April 2, 2026, working days Monday and Tuesday

What you can achieve with us

You accompany students with multiple disabilities in the classroom. As part of a motivated class team, you implement the support planning and teaching according to the teacher's guidelines and assist with daily organization. You competently promote, care for, and support the students. You regularly exchange ideas with the caregivers and participate in round tables, school location discussions, and professional consultations. Accompanying during special weeks, school projects, and other school events is also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you write periodic journal entries or reports on the accompanied students.

What you bring with you

You have experience in supporting children and adolescents with multiple disabilities and ideally also with children on the autism spectrum. You also hold a degree as a clinical educator, social educator, or as a care specialist. You can approach challenges with the necessary professionalism and calmness. You adapt your communication individually to the capabilities of the students. With your constructive nature and positive attitude, you contribute significantly to a good team climate.
