Property Accountant, Part-Time 60% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will take over the property accounting for rental and condominium properties
• You will also be responsible for accounts payable and receivable accounting
• Quarterly and annual financial statements in the areas of condominium ownership and investment properties are also part of your demanding tasks
• Furthermore, you will assist with the technical and commercial management of the properties

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry as well as practical experience in property accounting and management are required
• You are also familiar with common real estate software
• Do you consider yourself well organised, proactive and conscientious?
