- Use of requirements engineering / business analysis methods and tools in an agile environment (Scrum) to successfully develop our app
- Driving the customer-centric development of the app and the integration of internal and external digital offerings into a seamless service with consistently high-class customer experience
- End-to-end support of new features from analysis through incremental development to testing
- Supporting the Product Owner in stakeholder and backlog management
- Ensuring operational business through active incident management and, if necessary, direct customer contact (written and oral, internal stakeholders and external customers)
- Supporting our stakeholders in daily business
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Extensive experience in business analysis, user experience design, requirements engineering or comparable activities in the online environment, focus on app
- Terms such as API, E2E, UX, CX, B2C, B2B are not foreign to you
- Maintaining content in repositories, knowledge databases and content management systems
- Team player with willingness to engage with new topics and continue learning
- Initial experience with the use of (Gen-)AI in the business analysis field is an advantage
- Customer-centric approach with an eye for the bigger picture
- University degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science or comparable qualification
- Very good communication skills in German and English, written and spoken
