Are you familiar with cylindrical grinding and love the challenge of working in the µm range?

Then it’s high time to send us your application. For our production department in Bellach, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a machine operator for CNC cylindrical grinding. These are your tasks

• Programming, setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC-controlled production machines
• Manufacturing of individual parts as well as small and medium-sized series according to production specifications
• Monitoring orders and making corrections during ongoing production
• Technology-independent multi-machine operation
• Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace
• Active assistance in process improvement
• Completed mechanical vocational training (e.g., polymechanic EFZ or production mechanic EFZ) or many years of experience in cylindrical grinding
• Experience in an industrial environment
• Willingness to work in shift operation (2-shift model)
• Enjoy working across departments
• Enjoy growing and shaping change processes
• Teamwork, resilience, and a high quality awareness
• Responsible, reliable, and independent working style
• German language skills in spoken and written form
