For the Villa Kunterbunt daycare centre in Grenchen, we are looking for, by arrangement, a

Childcare Specialist, 80 – 100 %

We are looking for a person who

• enjoys actively accompanying the children in everyday daycare life
• helps shape the pedagogical development of the daycare centre and actively implements it in everyday work
• contributes to a family atmosphere in the daycare centre with their life experience and composure
• is reliable, open and loyal and values transparent communication within the team
• remains calm and solution-oriented even in hectic situations

You bring with you:

• Training as a Childcare Specialist (FaBeK)
• 2 years of professional experience after completing apprenticeship
• High pedagogical competence in promoting, caring for and supporting children
• Team spirit and openness as well as an independent and reliable way of working
• Creativity, flexibility and commitment in everyday daycare life
• Willingness to share responsibility for changes in everyday daycare life
