About the job
- Work directly on-site with the client in a central location in Zurich and support several partners and the team in administrative and organisational matters
- Manage, coordinate and monitor internal and external appointments, events and business trips
- Create and edit presentations in PowerPoint and analyses in Excel
- Create documents of all kinds in Word, such as order confirmations, mandate acceptance declarations, etc.
- Finalise audit reports: layout, language, formatting, production for online platform and dispatch
- Monitor sales lists and prepare customer invoices on time
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Take on general internal office tasks and deputise within the team
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Very good proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Discreet, reliable and precise working style
- Coordinating and prioritising are among your strengths
