Your tasks
- You assess professional resources and conduct status assessments with clients.
- You develop integration strategies and manage their implementation process.
- You conduct individual coaching on work integration issues.
- You work closely with internal case managers and partner organisations.
- You establish contact with employers in the primary labour market and develop solutions with them for sustainable work integration of our clients.
- You write reports and handle administrative tasks.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have experience in job placement, social work, or human resources.
- You enjoy working with people from diverse professional and social backgrounds.
- You bring a high level of initiative with a focus on pragmatic solutions.
- You have no qualms about approaching employers and can convince in contact.
- Successful work integration motivates you, and challenging integration processes do not throw you off balance.
