Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Nursing Expert

Complex care situations require expertise, experience, and the ability to recognise connections. This is exactly where you take on an important role: You support our staff, bring together different perspectives, and develop sustainable solutions for our clients together with those involved.

An experienced nursing expert is already part of our organisation. Together you form a strong professional team, complement each other with different skills, and actively shape the professional and qualitative development of our Spitex.

Your tasks

• Consultation and support in complex care situations
• Professional support and empowerment of our staff
• Collaboration with doctors, clinics, and other specialist agencies
• Close cooperation with the existing nursing expert as well as cross-team collaboration with our other specialists
• Development of standards, processes, and nursing quality
• Planning and conducting internal professional training
• Participation in quality and development projects
• Versatile specialist role with scope for creativity and responsibility

What you bring with you

• Degree in Master of Science in Nursing (MScN), specialising in Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)
• Solid professional experience
• Independent working style, networked thinking, and high professional competence
• Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
• Good communication and reflection skills
• Strong quality awareness
