Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
Can you imagine working in a small team without a direct supervisor? We have reorganized our structure into semi-autonomous teams, which means we are oriented towards the famous Buurtzorg model, but have adapted it to our needs. In an interdisciplinary team, with case managers, nursing assistants, and housekeeping and care staff by your side, it should be a new form of working that is contemporary and allows necessary flexibility, but also structure and continuity.
You have the following qualifications:
- completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or equivalent training
- ideally Spitex experience
- strong professional and social skills
- independent and responsible way of working
- valid driving license category B
Your tasks: As a competent nursing specialist, you take responsibility in nursing and care including preventive support of our clients at home. You independently perform nursing services. As a communicative personality, active collaboration and information exchange with case managers, nursing assistants, and the care team come easily to you.
