To strengthen our Sales & Marketing Department, which offers our clients high-level services by welcoming customers from all over Switzerland and handling their requests from various contact channels, we are looking for a Customer Relations Officer at 80%.
The various tasks awaiting you:
- Convey a positive and caring image of Vaudoise Assurances
- Inform clients about Vaudoise's assistance and insurance services as well as those of our partners by phone, email, or chat
- Manage online customers (motor vehicle contracts, client area, etc.)
- Handle and process telephone overflow from Vaudoise agencies
- Coordinate client requests with the relevant contacts
- Provide first-level support for telematic clients
Your profile:
- Federal professional training certificate (AFP) or a federal capacity certificate (CFC) in the commercial field
- Successful first experience in a similar position
- Swiss-German native speaker, oral and written proficiency in French (C1) and German (C1)
- Oral proficiency in Italian (B2)
- Basic knowledge of the insurance field is an asset
