What is my role?

Telephone and written support of customers

• Processing orders, enquiries and complaints

• Technical advice in the field of vehicle electronics (after training)

• Maintenance of customer data and items in the system

• Collaboration with purchasing, logistics and product management

What do I need to be successful?

Commercial basic education or comparable training

• Experience in customer service or internal sales

• Very good German skills (Swiss German mandatory)

• Good knowledge of English, French and Italian

• Good ERP knowledge

• Structured and reliable way of working

• Enjoyment of customer contact
