• You independently develop your market further, acquire new business partners and accompany the entire acquisition and contract process.
• You manage the entire sales process and are the contact person for customers from the healthcare sector, public administration, insurance, trading companies and the financial services sector.
• You optimise the existing customer portfolio and identify new business potentials.
• You build long-term customer relationships, advise your customers strategically and create sustainable added value.
• You work closely with the teams from Sales and Debt Collection to develop individual solutions for your customers.

• You have at least five years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the areas of debt collection, credit risk management or financial services.
• You work confidently with CRM systems and have a good understanding of numbers and contexts.
• You are characterised by a reliable and independent way of working.
• You are a team-oriented personality with good manners.
• You convince with a well-groomed and professional appearance and have an impeccable reputation.
• You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing. English and other languages are an advantage.
