Digital diagnostics (R programming / data analysis, freelance project-based work)
The day clinic of UPK Basel is working on digitizing psychological diagnostics. The goal is to efficiently evaluate diagnostic tests and make the results more accessible for therapists and patients.
Your tasks
- Programming in R of evaluation processes for psychological tests (collected via SoSci Survey)
- Automated creation of texts based on the results
- Implementation of solutions in simple front-end interfaces for therapists
- Installation and adaptation on tablets for patients
- Collaboration with the team to integrate the processes into our system
Your profile
- Experience in R programming and data analysis
- Interest in psychological diagnostics and willingness to familiarize yourself with test evaluation
- Ability to prepare analytical results clearly and practically
- Independent and structured working style
- Basic knowledge in front-end implementation is an advantage

Conditions:
- Project duration: 2-4 months, expected Nov 25 - Feb 26
- Compensation: 24 - 30 CHF/hour, depending on qualification

- Workplace: Remote with occasional meetings for progress monitoring
