Regular inspection of employee accommodations as well as checking compliance with house rules and cleanliness
Coordination of move-ins and move-outs including key management, handover and takeover
Inventory management, organization of repairs and replacements
Carrying out minor technical repair and maintenance work
Cleaning maintenance
Snow removal
Simple technical repairs
Recognizing and mediating conflicts among residents
Close cooperation with the People & Culture department and the technical service
Support in designing the house rules
Your profile
Independent, reliable and structured way of working
Strong assertiveness
Good communication and conflict resolution skills
Discretion and respect in dealing with employees
Language skills in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
Basic technical understanding (advantageous) or willingness to learn
Willingness for flexible assignments as needed (no conventional working hours)
