Tasks
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Einkauf bei zugeteilten Lieferanten.
- Du pflegst und optimierst den Lagerbestand regelmäßig.
- Du überwachst Liefertermine und pflegst Einkaufsdaten im ERP-System.
Skills
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Einkauf.
- Versiert im Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Our customer base includes major distributors in the food sector, specialty electronics stores, gas station shops, sports and garden specialty stores, bakeries, cafés, take-aways, as well as private individuals.

For central purchasing, we are looking for a
Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for purchasing for the suppliers assigned to you
- You are responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and regularly optimizing the inventory
- You are in charge of goods disposition, placing orders with our national and international suppliers, and obtaining order confirmations
- You monitor delivery dates and maintain purchasing master data in the ERP system
- You maintain close contact with all customer managers and carry out order forecasts
- You support the Head of Purchasing, among other things, in supplier evaluation, searching for alternative suppliers, and implementing the Lean philosophy in purchasing
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education with further training in purchasing
- You have already gained professional experience in disposition or purchasing
- Basic knowledge in wood and steel products is an advantage
- You are proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (Borm is an advantage)
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- You are a team player and resilient personality characterized by a structured, clean, and goal-oriented working style
