Tasks
- Conduct daily rounds and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Handle all incoming tickets and report activities to clients.
- Assist in repairs, improvements, and emergency interventions.
Skills
- Completed training as a Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt (EFZ) or equivalent, with 3 years in facility services.
- Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office, are essential.
- Excellent German communication skills; English is a plus.

Caretaker 100%- Daily execution of rounds
- Documentation of regular safety rounds
- Reporting of completed activities to the client
- Taking over and processing all incoming tickets
- Execution of repair and improvement work
- Responsibility for first intervention
- Support during second interventions in case of malfunctions
- Participation in emergency organisation
- Training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist (EFZ) or equivalent
- At least 3 years of professional experience in facility services or similar activities
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- English skills are an advantage
