For the Sports Center Hirslen & Outdoor Pool Bülach, which offers a wide range of facilities and courses, including aquafit courses, ice stock shooting, climbing and bouldering hall, mini golf, indoor pool and artificial ice rink, we are looking for a
starting August 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Responsibility for administration and organization in the day-to-day business of the sports department
- Planning, coordination and support of meetings, projects and events
- Ensuring and further developing processes and quality standards including participation in complaint and feedback management
- Responsibility for communication and marketing including creation and implementation of campaigns (online and offline) as well as maintenance of the website, info screens and social media channels
- Training and supervision of apprentices in the commercial sector
Your profile
- Commercial basic training (EFZ) with several years of experience in secretarial work and/or marketing (ideally with corresponding further training)
- Sound knowledge or experience in quality and process management as well as in feedback and complaint management
- Trainer certificate or willingness to obtain it promptly
- Organizational talent with structured, discreet working style as well as high customer orientation and creativity
- Confident handling of MS Office, social media and ideally image editing programs
- Resilient personality with flexibility for assignments at events (also outside regular working hours)
