Since 2019, MotionLab has established itself as a reference centre in Switzerland in the fields of health, rehabilitation and sports performance. Our approach is based on clinical expertise, innovation and multidisciplinary collaboration between physiotherapists, specialist doctors, physical trainers and other health professionals.
Integrated into Swiss Medical Network since 2024, MotionLab benefits from privileged access to one of the largest private health networks in Switzerland. As part of the development of its activities in the Lake Geneva region, MotionLab is now strengthening its physiotherapy team at its Montchoisi site, in close collaboration with the specialists of the Montchoisi Clinic, an establishment recognised for its expertise in orthopaedics.
We are looking for a Senior or Junior Physiotherapist wishing to develop in a dynamic, innovative environment oriented towards clinical excellence, while actively participating in the development of MotionLab's services and projects.
Job Description
Your Role
As a Physiotherapist, you will be expected to:
Clinical Activities
- Manage hospitalised patients in orthopaedics.
- Provide treatment for outpatients in orthopaedics, spinal surgery, trauma, rheumatology and sports medicine.
- Participate in the development of outpatient activity and specialised services.
- Handle complex clinical situations, chronic cases or therapeutic failures.
- Ensure coordination with prescribing doctors and various care pathway stakeholders.
- Develop specific expertise in certain areas (return to sport, knee/ACL, shoulder, spine, pelvic-perineology, etc.).
Leadership and Development
- Define and evolve care standards, protocols and internal recommendations.
- Guarantee the quality and consistency of treatments within the team.
- Assume a clinical reference role in your area of expertise.
- Actively participate in mentoring and supporting junior physiotherapists.
- Contribute to the creation and development of MotionLab's professional network.
- Participate in project management related to the centre's services.
- Contribute to the development of new offerings and the growth of activity.
- Be involved in the team’s dynamics and management.
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Swiss physiotherapy diploma or equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
- Proven experience in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic outpatient care.
- Additional training in sports physiotherapy or relevant specialisation (an advantage).
- Experience in sports rehabilitation and interest in performance assessments.
- Natural leadership and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing.
- Energy, initiative and sense of responsibility.
- Autonomy, flexibility, versatility and commitment.
- Organisational skills and ability to work in a team.
- High adaptability.
- Strong interest in innovation, new technologies and multidisciplinary approach.
