As a Sales Account Manager – Immunodiagnostics, you are responsible for the sales and support of our product portfolio in the field of clinical laboratory diagnostics. You build sustainable, strategic customer relationships, identify growth potentials within your accounts, and actively contribute to achieving company goals. You operate independently in your sales territory and work closely with internal interfaces.
Your Tasks
Sales of our products to laboratory customers (hospitals, private laboratories, outpatient clinics) as well as to relevant specialists in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
Strategic planning and development of key customers in line with company goals
Systematic planning, management, and further development of your customer relationships
Definition and implementation of customer-specific sales targets based on market and product strategies
Documentation of customer visits, projects, and sales activities as well as maintenance of all relevant data in the CRM system (SFDC)
Participation in regional customer events, professional congresses, and industry events (e.g., laboratory medicine, clinical immunology, allergology)
Active knowledge transfer within the sales team as well as continuous professional and personal development
Support in organizing and conducting customer-specific training and meetings for sustainable customer retention
Observation and analysis of market, competition, and industry trends and derivation of appropriate measures
Your Profile
Several years of sales experience (at least 3 years) in the field of clinical laboratories or diagnostics
Training as a medical device consultant or scientific background (e.g., medicine, biology, or related field)
High willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally for training
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Very good German skills and good English skills
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
