What to expect
- Technical responsibility for the further development, maintenance, and optimization of the RELEX system
- Configuration of business logics, user rights, and rule sets
- Testing, migration, and coordination of system adjustments with internal departments and external partners
- First-level support for all RELEX users
- Identification of training needs and conducting training sessions
- Analysis of data deviations and development of optimization proposals
- Close collaboration with category management and all departments within the supply chain
- Creation and maintenance of relevant reports and KPI overviews
- Participation in strategic projects for process and system optimization
What you bring
- Completed studies in business administration, supply chain management, business informatics, mathematics, or comparable fields
- At least 5 years of professional experience in supply chain, demand planning, or forecasting – ideally with system responsibility
- Solid knowledge of RELEX or comparable forecasting & replenishment systems
- Experience with analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau
- Very good German and English skills
- Analytical and conceptual strength as well as communication confidence at all levels
- Basic understanding of data structures and cloud-based IT systems
