Our newly introduced role model focuses on strengthening and promoting the individual resources of each team member. The goal is to sustainably relieve the entire nursing team.
You support the further development and implementation of the role organization and accompany process changes. In doing so, you take on additional professional functions, further develop our quality standards, and ensure optimal care for our residents. At the same time, you take responsibility in the care process and quality management by bringing in your expertise, optimizing nursing processes, and ensuring the highest quality of care.
Your Profile
- Training at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly caregiver, home caregiver, etc.)
- Organizational skills and structured working method
- Team ability, resilience, and a high sense of responsibility
