Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you…

lead and adapt global communication initiatives with a focus on product PR, in close coordination with product departments and marketing teams, and tailor content to local markets, taking into account cultural and linguistic nuances
coordinate press releases, interviews and public appearances, organize local press events and press activations as well as press trips and maintain relationships with media, journalists and stakeholders
use social listening tools to monitor public perception in real time, analyze trends and sentiments, and create personalized media briefings based on data analysis
develop communication concepts to position topics and people, considering strategic goals and target group analyses, and contribute to the development of the local PR strategy
coordinate crisis communication with internal management and headquarters, provide reports to EHQ/HQ and ensure quick responses
create analyses to monitor the effectiveness of communication initiatives, evaluate KPIs and use data analysis tools to transform complex data into understandable charts
implement and manage the regional online newsroom in close cooperation with EHQ and local managers
lead external stakeholders and agencies to deliver high-quality projects, use KPI-based evaluations and implement project management tools
support internal communication via digital platforms such as the intranet for rapid information dissemination
monitor sample management and budget control for efficient resource use

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you…

have a university degree in communication or media studies or an equivalent qualification
bring several years (+5) of professional experience in PR, storytelling, social media and internal communications
have an existing network of media professionals in the tech, lifestyle and business sectors
have experience in leading and managing PR agencies
bring background knowledge from a global corporate environment, show a strong understanding of internal processes and stakeholder management
have practical experience with media monitoring tools and possess high text competence in German and English
are proficient in MS Office, Wordpress (newsroom platform) and media monitoring tools such as Sprinklr or Pressrelations
speak German as a native language, fluent English and have knowledge of French; Italian is an advantage
show technical understanding, work independently and result-oriented, and demonstrate a proactive work style with high commitment
have outstanding communication skills, a confident appearance and are very flexible, including willingness to travel nationally and internationally
