What to expect
- You are the central interface between internal teams and external partners and translate their requirements into concrete, actionable solutions. You think both pragmatically and strategically and actively contribute to operationally connecting our partners
- You take full responsibility for your integration projects and are responsible for building and continuously developing partner interfaces
- You are responsible for onboarding and seamless integration into our business processes and ensure that new and existing requirements are successfully implemented
- You coordinate collaboration with the respective business partners and ensure that processes, service levels, and content are aligned to enable a smooth start (Go-Live)
- You continuously review our business processes based on KPIs and strive to standardize and scale them
What you bring
- A completed vocational training (preferably in IT) or a comparable qualification with an affinity for IT is required
- Ideally experience in the field of electronic data interchange (EDI)
- Enjoyment in exchanging with partners and existing experience with EDI onboarding processes
- Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you are able to build the bridge between technically and functionally oriented team members while keeping the partner in mind
- You are a team player with a "can-do mentality" and strong business sense who brings the right topics to the table
