Engineer in Robotics 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Development of requirements for the creation of new products in the field of robotics

• Development of firmware for robotic products

• Support of customers with complex mechatronic systems in close cooperation with sales and business units

• Conducting tests and characterisation of actuators and sensors, including data collection and evaluation for ML models

• Implementation of pre-development projects for future drive systems

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or robotics

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in software development or the development of complex mechatronic systems

• Sound knowledge in the field of electrical drive systems

• Experience with embedded systems

• Initial or advanced experience in the field of machine learning (e.g. system identification, machine control)

• Willingness to work both in Zurich (90%) and in Sachseln (10%)

• Very good German or English skills
