The Lindenhof Oasis in Wetzikon has been open since August 2024. With a total of 33 apartments, 3 nursing studios, and 3 nursing departments with a total of 39 nursing rooms, divided into three residential groups – including specialization in people with dementia.

We are a team that creates a special atmosphere for seniors and employees with joy, commitment, passion, and humor. For the exciting phase of further development and expansion, we are looking for support immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks:

• Ensure individual care and support tailored to the needs of the residents in close cooperation with a team of about 50 employees
• Goal-oriented leadership, promotion, and development of the nursing team
• Continuous development of the operation is ensured through active and innovative collaboration
• Participation in the further development and implementation of care concepts and quality standards
• Close cooperation with the site management and other departments to ensure effective nursing organization
• Co-design of the new build-up and restructuring
• Participation in the continuous development and optimization of processes
