Project Manager Heating / Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for personnel deployment planning and plan customer projects from A to Z
• You conduct meetings and negotiations with customers, suppliers, architects and engineers
• Furthermore, you are responsible for invoicing customer projects
• With the aim of a profitable contract conclusion, you always keep an eye on costs
• As a technical advisor, you respond to customer enquiries and support customers until project completion
• Finally, you process approval applications with authorities and submit them

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as a heating installer or building services planner or a related qualification with practical experience in project management (m/f/d)
• You are also familiar with the relevant standards, regulations and legal requirements
• Good IT skills, a structured way of working and a customer-oriented mindset make your working day easier
• Do you consider yourself a solution-oriented, advisory-strong and efficient HVAC professional?
