CVSER Site Manager (M/F)
Description
We are looking for our "CVSER Site Management" department in Lausanne and/or Fribourg, particularly for a project in Bulle:
CVSER Site Manager (M/F)
Your profile:
Engineering degree in the field of building or Building techniques training, preferably complemented by higher education (HES/ES engineer, federal certificate/diploma or equivalent training)
At least 2/3 years of experience in site management ideally in CVSER or at least in one of these techniques, preferably in a general/total contracting company or in site management
Interest in complex and/or large-scale projects in CVSER (industrial, hospital, etc.)
Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, ideally MS Project)
Good communication skills, collaborative spirit, and helpfulness
Ability to adapt, flexible, autonomous
Motivation and willingness to invest in the profession
Holder of a driving license and mobile (presence on site)
Knowledge of BIM is an asset.
Your role:
Responsible for quality, costs, and deadlines
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the work of CVSER companies
Contractual and financial follow-up of CVSER companies
Responsible for compliance with safety regulations on site
Organization of receptions and technical commissioning, and resolution of outstanding issues
