HR Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for an HR specialist who is truly eager to shape personnel work holistically. You will become part of a small HR team and take care of the entire spectrum of human resources. From A for employment contract to Z for reference creation. It’s not just about classic administration:

• You accompany employees and managers through all phases of their professional journey within the company

• Payroll and personnel administration pass through your desk, and you ensure everything runs smoothly

• You manage the applicant tracking system and step in when the specialist departments need support with recruitment

• Process optimisation is not a foreign word to you but a true passion; you recognise potential for improvement and tackle it

• You are involved in exciting HR projects, health management initiatives, and evaluations, contributing your ideas

What do I need to be successful?

You have a solid HR qualification under your belt. More important to us than certificates is your practical experience:

• You have worked for several years in the personnel field and are well versed in payroll and personnel administration

• Employment law and social security are not foreign terms to you but your daily tools

• You are communicative and enjoy conversations, whether with employees or managers

• Quality and reliability are important to you, while you always remain personable and approachable

• You like to work independently but also appreciate team exchange
