Your Profile
- Education: Completed commercial basic training (e.g. commercial clerk EFZ)
- Healthcare know-how: Knowledge and professional experience in the insurance sector (KVG, IV, UVG) or in the medical field will ease your entry
- Language: You communicate excellently in German. Additionally, you can communicate well in French
- Digital flair: You are confident in ERP systems and have no fear of digitalised processes
- Personality: You are service-oriented but firm in your matters. You appreciate team exchange (we are 20 people in the department!) and an environment of equals
The Position
- From orthotic supplies to high-tech prosthetics: You process orders in our Abacus-based system and are the final authority before invoicing the cost bearers.
- Mindset: You have the courage and diplomatic skill to ask questions and point out missing details to our technicians
- Versatile task mix: For "your" locations, you take responsibility for writing cost estimates, billing insurance, and managing bank accounts in accounting
- Connected work: You don’t work in a silo. Our team is closely linked with our specialists, IT, marketing, HR, and finance
