At the Schönegg retirement home, around 80 employees care for 46 residents in need of care in their third stage of life. Driven by quality, development, and team spirit, we rely on high professional competence and collaboration at eye level.
To complement our management team, we are looking for a Head of ICT / Technical Services starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
With this role, you will support us by:
- Leading the ICT / Technical Services (TS) department professionally, personally, and organizationally
- Ensuring the interface between operations, care, administration, and ICT
- Being responsible for the maintenance of the building, building services, and outdoor facilities (park)
- Being close to everyday life, pitching in, and regularly taking on on-call duties

- Training and/or solid professional experience in the ICT and TS fields
- Service-oriented thinking, pragmatic action, and a willingness to take responsibility
- Demonstrated leadership strength, team spirit, and clear communication
- Speaking dialect or standard German and being able to express yourself well in writing
