Your tasks include
- Responsibility and execution for the comprehensive implementation of a complete nursing process within the framework of key worker activities
- Co-responsibility for preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
- Support in crisis situations
- Conducting complex conversations with relatives
- Responsibility and co-design of interprofessional collaboration
- Practical training of apprentices and students: guiding, accompanying, and supporting
- Leading groups
You bring with you
- Degree as certified nursing specialist HF / FH or social pedagogue FH
- Experience in caring for mentally ill patients
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Good interconnected thinking
