The Chair of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Institute for Production and Supply Chain Management (PSCM-HSG) is looking for a motivated student assistant in the field of event management and communication starting April 2026. A special focus is on the planning, organization, and implementation of the Supply Chain Innovation Day 2026, our annual practice and networking event. The team looks forward to your application!
What to expect / Tasks
- Participation in the planning, organization, and execution of events, especially the Supply Chain Innovation Day on 22.09.2026 at SQUARE
- Support in scheduling, timing, logistics, and on-site organization
- Coordination of speakers, partners, participants, and internal stakeholders
- Assistance in creating newsletters, invitations, and event communication
- Support in marketing (e.g., LinkedIn, website, mailings)
What we expect / Your profile
- Studies (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, communication, management, economics, marketing, or a comparable course of study
- Strong interest and initial experience in research and practical topics
- Interest in event management, organization, communication, and marketing
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Organizational talent and enthusiasm for driving things forward
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
