What is my role?
Responsibility for the independent management and comprehensive advice of a diverse client base, consisting of SMEs from various industries as well as private individuals
Independent management and supervision of financial and payroll accounting for different mandates
Professional preparation of interim and annual financial statements according to legal requirements
Competent preparation of VAT returns as well as tax declarations for legal entities and natural persons
Conducting professional reviews and quality controls of accounting and annual financial statements
Active support and advice to clients on business management issues and tax optimisation opportunities
Assumption of general fiduciary and consulting tasks within the framework of holistic mandate management
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through competent and personal support
What do I need to be successful?
Federal diploma as a fiduciary or as a specialist in finance and accounting, alternatively diploma as a fiduciary expert or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector with the ability to manage mandates independently and competently
Structured and precise working method with the ability to maintain an overview even with complex tasks
Strong service and customer orientation with the ability to respond to individual client needs and build long-term trust relationships
Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to include strategic aspects in consulting alongside operational tasks
Very good German skills in spoken and written form for professional communication with clients and authorities
Knowledge of another language is an advantage and broadens deployment possibilities
