We are looking for a committed and motivated individual for our location in Spreitenbach.
Your Tasks:
The Product Manager "Smart Workplace Solutions Software" takes on the strategic and operational overall responsibility for the software portfolio in the area of Smart Workplace Solutions – with a special focus on print management and capturing solutions.
- Active design and continuous development of the product range taking into account the assortment strategy specified by management.
- Identification of market potentials as well as conducting market and competitive analyses to detect trends and customer needs early.
- Successful market launch of new products and services through close coordination with suppliers, business partners, and internal interfaces such as sales, marketing, and support.
- Definition and implementation of product positioning, target groups, and differentiation features against the competition.
- Development and implementation of pricing strategies for the responsible portfolio in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Creation of sales materials, product documentation, and sales aids as well as conducting internal and external training sessions and workshops.
- Support of sales and business consulting in preparing complex offers and marketing new as well as existing solutions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with business partners and suppliers, including negotiating terms and back-to-back agreements.
- Budgeting, analysis of sales statistics, and monitoring the profitability of the responsible portfolio.
- Escalation management with suppliers regarding product issues, service questions, or delivery bottlenecks to ensure timely and sustainable solutions.
- Planning and execution of marketing and communication measures (e.g., success stories, specialist articles, product PR, sales campaigns).
- Ensuring the maintenance and updating of product data in internal systems (e.g., ERP, product configurator).
Your Profile:
- Higher technical education or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of experience in product management or related fields
- Very good knowledge in the area of print management or capturing solutions
- Very good knowledge of cloud, network, and interface technologies
- Experience with NAV 2017 & Dynamics 365 CRM
- Good understanding of software architecture and topology
- Organizational talent with a hands-on mentality
- Long-term thinking for sustainable product strategies
- Conceptual, process-oriented thinking and acting
- German as a native language, English and French are an advantage
