Your main tasks:
- Operating, monitoring, and maintaining building technical systems and control systems
- Conducting and documenting inspection rounds, fault analyses, and fault rectifications
- Coordinating and carrying out inspections, maintenance, and repairs as well as customer orders and optimizations
- Participating in renovations and modernizations
- Accompanying and instructing third-party companies
- Providing on-call service
Your profile:
- Completed training as an electrician (EFZ)
- Several years of professional experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing building technical systems
- Connection permit (NIV15) or willingness and prerequisites to obtain it in a timely manner
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form and good PC skills
- Independent and reliable working style
- Team player and high customer orientation
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extract)
