Your main tasks:

• Operating, monitoring, and maintaining building technical systems and control systems
• Conducting and documenting inspection rounds, fault analyses, and fault rectifications 
• Coordinating and carrying out inspections, maintenance, and repairs as well as customer orders and optimizations
• Participating in renovations and modernizations
• Accompanying and instructing third-party companies
• Providing on-call service

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electrician (EFZ)
• Several years of professional experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing building technical systems 
• Connection permit (NIV15) or willingness and prerequisites to obtain it in a timely manner
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form and good PC skills
• Independent and reliable working style
• Team player and high customer orientation 
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extract)
